Tantra Massage Antalya Spa Center - Participation agreement

Thank you for choosing a course organised by Tantra Massage Antalya Spa Center To ensure the smoothest process of a course please read our participation agreement. In case we need to inform us on important issues please make so along with sending your application. All information is considered confidential and will not be share with third parties.

1. Participation in a course is voluntary and each participant is responsible for own behaviour and behaviour towards others participants of a course.
2. Participation in a course is not possible in case a participant is suffering from an infectious disease.
3. In case a participant is being in a psychiatric care, it is required to inform us in writing in “notes” section of the application form. In case of certain diagnoses a participation can be only allowed with a written consent of an appropriate doctor.
4. A participant states he/she is not aware of any circumstances in their physical or mental state or other circumstance that would refrain from participation in a course.
5. A participant who intends to report or publish the event must notify the lecturers and get their written approval.
6. If a participant decides to finish activity during the course the money will not be returned.

In case of severe breaking of participation agreement (for example not sharing certain important information) a participant can be expelled without any compensation.

Cancellation of participation in a course:

1. Information on cancellation can be only accepted in a written form (by mail or email).
2. It is possible to change the date of a course within three weeks prior to starting the course date. The guarantee will then be transferred to the new date.
3. In case of cancellation within less than three days there is a cancellation fee of 3000,- CZK, while there is a possibility of individual exception on agreement with the lecturers.

Personal data protection:

All personal data the participants provide to the “organiser” (Tantra Massage Antalya Spa Center), (hereafter „personal data“) are considered confidential.

All personal data are gathered specifically for the purpose of organisation and operation of the course, or informing a participant on other organiser´s events. The organiser will not provide personal data to any third parties. The organiser guarantees to handle all personal data according to the Act no. 101/2000 Coll. on the Protection of Personal Data.

A person, who provided personal data, has the right to ask the operator to exclude the personal data from database. Such a request must be in writing and delivered at the address: Tantra Massage Antalya Spa Center, Grafická 1216/25, Antalya 5, 150 00 or send by email on Info@tutku-masaj-salonu-konyaalti-spa-center.on.drv.tw/www.tantramassageantalya.com.
